How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mythical Coffee ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our quest to provide global shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy on roasted coffee?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes. We partner exclusively with fair-trade certified farms and cooperatives that prioritize environmental sustainability and fair wages for farmers.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
